French Economy Ministry: Satellite AI/data-analytics provider Preligens cannot be sold to non-EU investment fund

UPDATE June 24: Safran and Preligens enter exclusive discussions in view to a Safran purchase of 100% of Preligens for an enterprise value of 220 million euros ($235 million). Preligens reported sales of 28 million euros in 2023 and has 220 employees. Closing will follow regulatory approvals and is expected by September, Safran said.
