LA PLATA, Maryland — Space-based space situational awareness (SSA) data provider NorthStar Earth & Space got a rough reception on its first day of trading on the NYSE American exchange, with shares opening well below the $10 pre-IPO valuation and then falling 25% Oct. 2 to $4.45 per share.
