PARIS — Startup satellite IoT service provider Sateliot, its first 5G-standard narrowband satellite now in orbit and four more to come later this year, has filed a mobile-access application to U.S. regulators and booked more than 32 million euros ($35 million) in binding orders for its initial service.

Spain-based Sateliot is planning a Series B financing round to raise up to 100 million euros, enough to launch up to 64 of its small satellites to offer mobile network operator partners a satellite revisit time of 20 minutes or . . .
