SES changes management bonus plan for 2021, says 5 C-band satellites to cost $927 million

PARIS — Satellite fleet operator SES is revising its 2021 bonus plan for senior management to make it more reflective of financial performance, which will account for 70% of the evaluation compared to 50% in 2020.

The new plan reduces the weight given to whether the company meets is business objectives for the year, to 30% from 50% in 2020.
