Mobile broadband service provider Ovzon: Poor H1 results, but new T7 terminal, Ovzon 3 satellite on the way

TUPPER LAKE, NY — Mobile broadband satellite operator Ovzon AB reported a 29% drop in revenue and a deeper operating loss in the first six months of 2023 and said a now-expired contract with the Italian Fire and Rescue Service was a major reason why.

Sweden-based Ovzon told investors that the second half of this year should be better, but that Ovzon’s transformational year likely would be in 2024.
