LA PLATA, Maryland — The GSMA speaker at the May 21 at the 6G Global Summit panel on non-terrestrial networks wasted no time in delivering a key message to put things in perspective.

Ross Bateson, GMSA’s special government affairs advisor, asked the audience whether the figure “0.0002%” meant anything to them. That’s what T-Mobile said is the amount of its US traffic that is being used for its T-Satellite . . .
