TUPPER LAKE, NY— Airbus’s Space Systems division reported a 3.9% increase in revenue for the six months ending June 30 compared to the same period a year ago, continuing its two-year turnaround, Airbus announced July 29.
The Space Systems division, which is part of Airbus Defence and Space, reported 1.39 billion euros ($1.58 billion) in revenue. Notable orders include radar instruments for Eruope’s Copernicus 1 NG spacecraft and the Aeolus 2 wind-sensing satellite.
