LA PLATA, Maryland — The U.S. State Department and NOAA's Office of Space Commerce are soliciting comment from US industry and other US government agencies on the draft EU Space Act, which was released June 25 and is under review by European governments and the European Parliament.
Among many other recommendations and requirements that industry and civil government programs will be asked to follow, the Act applies to any satellite services company doing business in Europe, regardless of the company’s location.
