Smallsat builder/operator AAC Clyde sells up to $15M in shares to Bonnier Capital, which becomes company’s largest shareholder

LA PLATA, Maryland — Small satellite hardware and services provider AAC Clyde Space has issued 1.19 million new shares to Bonnier Capital of Sweden at 84.13 Swedish krona apiece, a transaction valued at 100 million krona ($10.78 million) and up to 140 million krona if a future warrants option is exercised.

The sale will make Bonnier AAC’s largest shareholder. It will give the company sufficient runway to move forward on several missions with the backing of a long-term, strategic investor, AAC Chief Executive Luis Gomes . . .
