Satellite signals-intelligence operator Hawkeye 360: In Q2, international revenue outpaced US growth

by Peter B. de Selding

TUPPER LAKE, NY — Satellite signals-intelligence provider Hawkeye 30 reported a 33% organic growth in revenue for three months ending June 30, a figure that climbs to 87% when its December 2025 acquisition of Innovative Signals Analysis (ISA) is included.

Dallas-based ISA’s acquisition brought a high-throughput signal processing engine that Hawkeye Chief Executive John Serafini said “unlocks the value of data collected across our network. For example, we leverage ISA generalized algorithms to automatically identify emitters including maritime and air defense radars.”
