WASHINGTON — The March 26 Series C funding by US-based Xona Space Systems and the March 28 launch of Europe’s first two LEO-PNT satellites makes it likely that there will be at least two dedicated positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) constellations in low Earth orbit within five years to provide resilience to the current GPS/Galileo networks.
