PARIS — OHB SE of Germany will build four medium-Earth-orbit optical relay satellites for Australia’s Electro Optic Systems Holdings Ltd. (EOS) under a $340 million contract that will enter into force once EOS and its U.S. subsidiary, SpaceLink Corp., secure requisite financing.
