PARIS — Hungarian telco 4iG PLC's agreement to purchase 51% of Israeli satellite fleet operator Spacecom -- https://bit.ly/3cIalNj  —  will, if approved, give Spacecom  an anchor client for its future 4 degrees West business and a majority shareholder interested in the kind of service growth  Spacecom plans.
