LA PLATA, Maryland — Government fixed and mobile satcom hardware and service provider Ovzon of Sweden reported a sharp increase in profit and EBITDA for the three months ending March 31 and said its firs in-house-developed on-the-move terminal, the T8, will be shipped this year.
In an April 23 investor call, Ovzon Chief Executive Per Norén said the company’s results suggest it has met its moment given the geopolitical stresses that are pushing Western governments to increase defense and security spending.
