At Munich Security Conference, France and Germany agree that space and defense are no longer separable

SAN JOSE, Calif. — Negotiations on the next seven-year budget for space for the European Commission are currently on a figure of 40 billion euros ($47.5 billion) not the 50-billion-euro goal set by Commission officials, according to Benjamin Haddad, France’s minister delegate for Europe.
