Spain’s air-traffic constellation Startical & shareholders Indra/Enaire seem ill at ease with GomSpace as satellite prime

LA PLATA, Maryland — A review of small satellite builder GomSpace’s contract awards and backlog points to Spanish air-traffic management startup Startical as the company that GomSpace said has refused to pay for work it had ordered.
