TUPPER LAKE, NY — Satellite signals-intelligence provider Kleos Space of Luxembourg is filing for bankruptcy in Luxembourg after failing to meet loan commitments despite several months of extensions by is principal creditor.
Kleos, whose trading on the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) has been suspended since May 3, said in a July 26 statement that its creditor, Pure Asset Management Pty Ltd. was no longer willing to provide cash.
