LA PLATA, Maryland — The Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF) has agreed to purchase four 25-cm-resolution radar satellites and both fixed and mobile ground stations from Iceye of Finland — a turnkey intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance package — in a contract announced on the eve of hosting a summit of the 32-nation NATO alliance.
