Luxembourg & SES: We found in-orbit asset to register 62-satellite Cleosat constellation — 48 hours before ITU deadline

PARIS — The Luxembourg government has told the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) that fleet operator SES has brought into use the multi-frequency Cleosat constellation’s radio frequencies just 48 hours before the network was set to be taken out of Luxembourg’s hands and removed from the ITU register.
