Hanwha Systems Co. has purchased mobile satcom antenna designer Phasor Solutions Ltd. of Britain, ending a four-month sequence in which Hanwha, consciously or not, played Phasor like a flute. Or maybe it was just Covid-19.
Phasor Solutions of Britain, a 100%-owned subsidiary of Phasor Inc. and the center of its intellectual property development, filed for Britain’s equivalent of Chapter 11, in April, with a sale planned in mid-May: become a subscriber!
