Intelsat: Neither Eutelsat nor lawsuit threats will slow FCC’s home-stretch C-band auction review

PARIS — Satellite fleet operator Intelsat said it was confident that neither fellow operator Eutelsat nor any legal action filed against a proposed auction of satellite C-band spectrum to 5G operators would slow down the process.

As the C-Band Alliance’s (CBA) proposed auction of 300 MHz of the 500 MHz of C-band spectrum now seems to be nearing some kind of approval at the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC), “What if?” questions about what happens next have moved to the front . . .
