LA PLATA, Maryland — MDA Space has agreed to increase its acquisition offer of satcom technology provider SatixFy Communications Ltd. by 43% following SatixFy’s receipt of a counter offer that bested MDA’s original all-cash bid, the two companies announced May 20.
