Intelsat de-listed from NYSE, bankruptcy court provisionally OK’s $500 million to prepare FCC-ordered C-band clearing

PARIS — The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) de-listed Intelsat following the company’s May 14 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing and subsequent notice that it had no intention of appealing the decision.

NYSE contacted Intelsat on May 15, the day after its Chapter 11 filing, advising the company that a de-listing procedure would commence. The de-listing was effective May 19.
