PARIS — The U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in April set aside its proposed requirement that satellites operating at 400 km or higher carry on-board propulsion for collision-avoidance maneuvers and quick end-of-life deorbiting: https://bit.ly/3bywISE
