U.S. Stratcom, UK Defence Ministry discuss space traffic management

MANCHESTER, England — The U.S. Strategic Command, breaking its “Five Eyes” barrier for the first time, has invited a German Air Force offer to be stationed at the Joint Space Operations Center, JSpOC as part of an effort to broaden cooperation in space situational awareness (SSA), a senior Stratcom official said May 31.

Maj. Gen. Clinton E. Crosier, Stratcom J5 director of plans an policy, said the agreement with Germany would be signed June 1.
