Swissto12 acquires some assets from former Hanwha Phasor, a designer of electronically steered antennas

LA PLATA, Maryland — Flat-panel electronically steered satellite antenna (ESA) assets from bankrupt Hanwha Phasor Ltd. have been purchased by satellite hardware manufacturer Swissto12 to be put to use in Swissto12's own ESA products, Swissto12 confirmed Aug. 16.

The transaction included only selected assets and did not include purchasing the full Hanwha Phasor business, Swissto12 said.
