Spire Global misses 2021 revenue target excluding exactEarth & says it likely will fall short in 2022

UPDATE Feb. 1: Spire says its 2021 annual recurring revenue target of $70 million included possible future acquisitions. The company says the $18.5 million in recurring revenue from exactEarth, which brings recurring revenue to $70.8 million, puts the company in line with its forecast.

PARIS — Satellite-based data and services provider Spire Global fell short of its recurring-revenue target for 2021 and said its 2022 performance also would not reach the level forecasted when the company went public in August.
