Spire CEO: Here’s how our $36M business gets to $1.2B in 2025 with NavSight merger, public listing

PARIS — Satellite data and analytics provider Spire Global expects its 2020 annual recurring revenue of $36 million to grow to $305 million in 2023 and nearly $1.2 billion in 2025 as its four main businesses — maritime surveillance, aircraft tracking, weather forecasting and orbital services — all expand dramatically.

Spire, based in the United States but with a large presence in Europe and its main satellite manufacturing facility in Scotland, is using these growth forecasts to justify a merger with blank-check company NavSight Holdings and a subsequent listing on . . .
