Spain’s GMV: At $157 million, a miniature space conglomerate with a 2.5x revenue increase since 2015

PARIS — Spain’s GMV Space Division has long seemed like an industrial conglomerate, with an unwieldy number of business lines in orbital and ground-segment technologies and services.

Among them: GNSS interference detectors signal processors, GPS/S-BAS receivers, satellite orbit determination, satellite GNC (guidance, navigation and control) systems, satellite control and payload management.

The company’s website shows more than 20 products. Keeping them all profitable and growing means being like the circus performer who keeps multiple plates spinning on sticks at the same time.
