LA PLATA, Maryland — Satellite fleet operator SES, seven months after its purchase of competitor Intelsat, reported a 1.6% drop in revenue and a 12.1% drop in adjusted EBITDA for the 12 months ending Dec. 31 for the combined companies.
Luxembourg-based SES on March 2 reported its 2025 results as if Intelsat had been part of the company for the full year, with a second set of results accounting for Intelsat’s business since the transaction closed on July 17.
