Satellite ground hardware provider Gilat: 2023 revenue up 11%, gross profit up 44%; 2024 looks just as good

LA PLATA, Maryland — Satellite ground system manufacturer Gilat Satellite Networks reported double-digit increases in revenue and adjusted EBITDA in 2023 and said 2024, propelled by increased U.S. defense business from its November purchase of DataPath Inc., will be just as strong.

The company said it expects business from multiple operators of very-high-throughput (VHTS) satellites in geostationary orbit as well as constellations of medium- and low-Earth-orbit.
