OHB: Q1 revenue up, as expected; backlog is down; negotiations on Iris2 constellation & Ariane 6 costs continue

LA PLATA, Maryland — Space hardware and services provider OHB SE reported record revenue for the three months ending March 31 but also posted its lowest contract backlog in eight years.

The revenue, at 206.7 million euros ($223 million) — up 2% from a year ago — was in line with the company’s 2024-2026 growth forecast. OHB targets 1.35 billion euros of revenue this year, which would be an increase of 14% over 2023.
