Military AI/ML startup Preligens signs 7-year deal worth up to $240M with French Defense Ministry

PARIS — In a breakthrough deal, military AI/ML data processing analytics startup Preligens has signed a seven-year agreement with France’s arms procurement agency, DGA, under which DGA will license four data-analysis tools from the Preligens catalogue.

The contract has a value of up to 240 million euros ($240 million), of which an unspecified tranche has already been committed as part of a multi-year defense and security program called Tornade.
