IoT constellation startup Sateliot: We’ll partner with MNOs to connect unmodified user 5G devices to our satellites

PARIS — Satellite 5G IoT constellation startup Sateliot, whose first demonstration satellite was launched in March 2021, does not need a SPAC stock-market introduction to make aggressive claims for growth.

The Barcelona-based company, which has raised about 3 million euros ($3.4 million), said it has secured 8 million euros of a projected 10-million-euro Series A financing round, about to close, and that “everything is in place for a minimum 200-million-euro valuation for a Series B,” said Chief Executive Jaume Sanpera, who is also the company . . .
