LA PLATA, Maryland — Satellite fleet operator Intelsat reported a 7.7% decline in revenue for the three months ending March 31 compared to a year ago driven by a nearly 15% drop in on-network revenue that overcame increases in government service and a big jump in equipment sales to in-flight-connectivity customers.
