Inmarsat shakes loose cash from Speedcast, withdraws request for court order 48 hours after filing it

PARIS — Mobile satellite services provider Inmarsat withdrew its request that the court handling customer Speedcast’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy order Speedcast to pay $1.35 million in bills for bandwidth provided from when the court case started, on April 23, through July 13.

Inmarsat said it had presented 44 separate invoices that Speedcast had approved, and that none of them had been paid.https://bit.ly/2CAvXvW
