LE BOURGET, France — Satellite fleet operator Hispasat, one of the three members of the SpaceRise consortium managing development of Europe’s Iris2 multi-orbit secure connectivity constellation, expects to issue bid requests to industry in August for Iris2’s low-LEO component, industry officials said.
