PARIS — Australia-based Electro Optic Systems Holdings Ltd. (EOS), 5% owned by Northrop Grumman and best known as a manufacturer of remote weapon systems and anti-drone technology, will have about four years to launch at least one medium-Earth-orbit satellite under the license it intends to purchase from now-closed Audacy Corp.
