PARIS — The scheduled signing of $1.8 billion in contracts to Thales Alenia Space and Airbus Defence and Space for 12 second-generation Galileo positioning, navigation and timing satellites has been suspended by order of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) following a protest filed by OHB SE, which was the losing bidder.
