Update Sept. 3: Eumetsat on Sept. 2 approved an extension, to Nov. 24-25, of the deadline for the four nations that still have not subscribed to the EPS-Sterna program to finalize their commitments. The earlier deadline had been Sept. 2, during an extraordinary Eumetsat council meeting. Belgium was able to commit to the program then. That leaves France, Greece, Hungary and Lithuania remaining to sign on at the end-November council meeting.
