EU court lifts injunction on Thales Galileo satellite contract, maintains freeze on Airbus contract

PARIS — The European Court of Justice lifted its injunction against a European Commission contract with Thales Alenia Space for six Galileo second-generation satellites but maintained the freeze on the Airbus Defence and Space contract pending a deeper investigation of OHB SE’s allegation that Airbus stole OHB bid information.
