BlackSky: US business doubled in Q1, but Asia quadrupled; work on 3rd-party satellites was 30% of revenue

PARIS — Geospatial imagery and analytics provider BlackSky Technology Inc.’s double-digit increase in revenue for Q1 2022 — up 22% from the previous quarter and up 91% from a year ago — included the predicted uptick in U.S. and allied government business relating to Ukraine.

The surprising part of the results was found elsewhere.
