CARSAC DE GURSON, France —Smallsat builder  AAC Clyde Space, IoT service provider Orbcomm and satellite maritime vessel tracking payload builder Saab AB plan to leverage a Swedish government grant to build a constellation of commercial cubesats to provide VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) transmissions to maritime customers.
