PARIS — Japanese commercial radar Earth observation satellite startup Synspective moved its first launch from an Arianespace Vega to a dedicated flight on Rocket Lab’s Electron vehicle, despite Electron’s higher price, to keep to its deployment schedule and decide its own orbit, industry officials said.
