LUXEMBOURG — The divergent interests of the members of the C-Band Alliance of satellite operators negotiating with U.S. authorities on clearing C-band for terrestrial 5G networks appear to have finally forced the alliance’s collapse with Intelsat’s Feb. 19 decision to hive off from alliance members SES and Telesat.
