Smallsat hardware, services provider AAC Clyde sells equity at discount, shares drop; CEO explains, and shares climb

LA PLATA, Maryland — Small satellite hardware and data-service provider AAC Clyde Space has secured a net 61.5 million Swedish krona (SEK) or $6.5 million, in new equity following a directed share offer to a group of new investors led by Nowo Global Fund of Sweden, which will now have a 4.1% stake in AAC Clyde.

The offering was conducted at a price of 110 SEK, a 7.5% discount over its average trading price in the 10 days ending June 27.
